Grower's Rights

To legally grow cannabis in Missouri, you MUST be a Medical Patient Cultivator or a 21+ REGISTERED Consumer Cultivator. 

State registration and fees apply to both options. As a medical patient grower, you will have more rights, lower cultivation fees and pay lower taxes. Effective December 08, 2023 out of state residents may apply for a Missouri Medical Card.
